Court Appointed Intermediary

This scheme was developed to service vulnerable defendants and parties across other jurisdictions of the justice system.

HAIS intermediaries can work with all parties in family courts, civil proceedings, county courts and employment tribunals.

As a passionate advocate for those with disabilities, Rachel also undertakes the intermediary role within professional 'Fitness to Practice' proceedings and mental health tribunals.
